A friend bought her first home through Megan and highly recommended her to me when we were looking for our first home. From day one Megan worked her butt off for us: scheduling walk throughs, suggesting homes, listening to what I wanted (even though we didn't really know what we wanted), and sorting through the ones we sent her (based on our requirements, because sometimes we didn't follow our own rules that way). Then she suggested we take a break so we could have a clearer picture of what we wanted. After the break, we made an offer on a house and Megan was on top of things with negotiating. We walked through the house at 5 and our offer was in by 9, if I remember right. Then it turned into a "best and final" deal, and she was late to an personal appointment so she could submit our second offer in 2 days. Her response time was great: emails returned within an hour (Even if it was just to say "let me look into that"), texts were even faster. We never felt pressured to make an offer or walk into a house that was scheduled. She even discussed the pros and cons of each house if we were on the fence about it. Unfortunately, we moved across the state not long after we made our "best and final" offer, so we couldn't buy through Megan when we did buy. But I wish we could have. She is smart and passionate about finding the right home for the right buyer. She always kept us laughing. And she was cool about us bring our kids with us to the walk throughs. I would recommend her for sure and actually have given her name to a few friends. If we ever look into a home in her sales territory then we plan on working with Megan again.
